I cannot believe I have left it so long to blog about my mummy’s book! It was published in May this year (2019) and I’ve only just got my furry bottom into gear now!
Travels with My Teddy Bear (Travelogues and Musings of a woman with Asperger’s Syndrome and her teddy bear) covers our travels between 2000 and 2007. I was in my original body then, before I was bearnapped in Tanzania in 2011.
Interested in travel, Asperger’s Syndrome, teddy bears, or, if you simply would like to read something a little different? Then this book is for you! At least if you are an adult, as there is a little bit of adult material. Not much, just enough to make it interesting!
Countries covered in the book: America, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Sri Lanka, Holland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Poland, Japan, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Mongolia, China and 4 days on the Trans-Mongolian train.
Click here to visit the book page, where you can read a little about or link to Amazon, where you can read a little of the book and buy if you like.
This is just to mention to you a book you might like if you have not read it already : The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion.
I met you in Foyles at Kings Cross with your bear. I am going to see if my library will get your book in. Enjoy your travels !
Thank you Bernadette. I have already read the book 1 and a half times and enjoyed it!
